Refund, Returns and Exchange Policy

Because every item is handmade, I cannot offer you a full refund after your purchase is finalized.

Handmade cards are also not eligible for a return.

Your item(s) may be eligible for an exchange within 30 days after the original purchase for an item of equal value.

To complete your exchange, I require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where partial refunds are granted:

  • Items arrive visibly damaged
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

The refund, returns and exchange policy for custom orders can be re-negotiated during initial design consultation if needed and agreed upon.

Partial Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your partial refund.

If you are approved, then your partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Because each item is uniquely handmade, you cannot exchange it for the same item. However, you may exchange your purchase for another item of the same value. Send me an email at {} and I will help you process your exchange.
